The story / Arti

The character’s story

He knows where to wait out the rain, which sweater belongs under a coat, and which tea to bring for his friends. He loves expressive clothes, rich pu-erh and Chinese black tea. For Arti, good taste means both dressing well and making everyone feel welcome. Even a brief stop with him becomes a little tea story.

Cultural context

A contemporary city story; an original fictional character

Graphite, emerald and aged gold turn Arti into the Night Griffin. The close-fitting relief on his jacket recalls the winged guardians of Bank Bridge. His amber cup holds aged Nostalgia raw pu-erh.

00 / Original form

Character starts with form.

Arti without clothes or props: a green leaf head with a pale vein, a green body with a cream oval belly patch, and rounded green hands and feet. His tea identity is built into his form.
