A registry of tea mascots
This is a registry, not a universe. Each figure on these pages is a record: a real tea, a real custom, a real craft — with a passport that says what is verified and what is invented. Nine keepers close the tea year between them; fifty-six records collect the tea customs of the 56 ethnic groups of China.
The nine — one year, no gaps
The 56 ethnic groups of China — a custom, not a rank
The unit of this set is the way tea is made or drunk. The people lives in the record as the keeper of the custom — never in a rank, never in a rarity tier. There is no secret figure in the set.
