The story / Auro

The character’s story

A quiet tea break begins with this small act of care.

Cultural context

A story inspired by the Liao period. The long robe draws on a mural from Tazishan; the white bowl on a dark stand comes from a separate scene at Baoshan. These are different monuments. Carrying the bowl in his paws, and the tea creature himself, are inventions for this story.
