Returns

A cháchǒng that arrives cracked has failed at the one job it had. We would rather replace it than argue about it.

If a piece arrives damaged

Photograph the piece and its packaging and write to us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement where one exists, or a refund where it does not — no restocking fee, no back-and-forth.

Change of mind

Because most pieces are one of a kind, we cannot always take back a piece simply because a collector changed their mind — a Master Wu dragon that has already found a buyer cannot easily find another. Where a piece is part of a small production run rather than a single artifact, contact us and we will look at it case by case.

What we ask of you

Leave the authentication code and provenance card with the piece until you are certain you are keeping it. It is how we — and any future owner — trace it back to the hands that made it.

Exchanges

We do not run promotional exchange windows or countdown offers. If two pieces would suit you better than one, write to us and we will simply work it out.
