长柄竹茶则，于安徽工坊手工打磨，用以转移干茶而不使其升温或沾染气味——一件静谧的工具，用于精准功夫茶备茶。

Michael Zhan 在 2025 年初春首次来到这间位于黄山西侧山丘的作坊，吸引他的是从敞开的门扉飘来的新劈竹子的气味。那位手艺精湛、年届六旬的师傅当时正用陈年毛竹制作鸟笼—毛竹正是我们今天存售茶则所用的同一品种。经过数次造访，并享用了悠长的竹笋汤午餐后，Michael 询问作坊能否制作一批长柄茶则，要求足够干净以应付认真的茶叶处理，但不得使用任何化学涂层。结果便是这一对：一支较宽，适合乌龙茶与条索状茶叶；一支较窄，适合纤细绿茶与白牡丹白茶。每一支皆经裁切、手工塑形，再以食品级桐油轻拭擦亮。没有两对完全一样，但都带着相同的沉静、精准手感。Michael 的采购笔记：「这些不只是茶则—它们是一种慢下来的途径，像作坊对待一件竹子那样，以耐心来对待茶叶。」

Brewing
