長柄竹茶則，於安徽工坊手工打磨，用以轉移乾茶而不使其升溫或沾染氣味——一件靜謐的工具，用於精準功夫茶備茶。

Michael Zhan 在 2025 年初春首次來到這間位於黃山西側山丘的作坊，吸引他的是從敞開的門扉飄來的新劈竹子的氣味。那位手藝精湛、年屆六旬的師傅當時正用陳年毛竹製作鳥籠—毛竹正是我們今天存售茶則所用的同一品種。經過數次造訪，並享用了悠長的竹筍湯午餐後，Michael 詢問作坊能否製作一批長柄茶則，要求足夠乾淨以應付認真的茶葉處理，但不得使用任何化學塗層。結果便是這一對：一支較寬，適合烏龍茶與條索狀茶葉；一支較窄，適合纖細綠茶與白牡丹白茶。每一支皆經裁切、手工塑形，再以食品級桐油輕拭擦亮。沒有兩對完全一樣，但都帶著相同的沉靜、精準手感。Michael 的採購筆記：「這些不只是茶則—它們是一種慢下來的途徑，像作坊對待一件竹子那樣，以耐心來對待茶葉。」

Brewing
較寬的茶則用於量取乾茶，較窄的茶則用於轉移碎葉或將茶葉撥入蓋碗。每次使用後以冷水沖洗並風乾。
