Michael Zhan 在 2025 年深秋的一次云南西部选品之旅中发现了这把刷子。当他造访大理郊外一间以竹编闻名的小型家庭工作坊时,他注意到师傅自己使用的茶盘刷 — 一捆当地砍下的竹枝,以棉绳手工绑扎而成。这并非商品,只供家人日常泡茶时使用。Michael 坐下来喝了几泡 sheng pu-erh,观察那坚挺而带有弹性的刷毛如何清洁木盘而不刮伤表面,让盘面干燥并准备好迎接下一泡茶。他请师傅让他近距离观看绑扎技巧。在接下来的几周里,他与师傅合作,使用相同的腾冲竹制作了一小批 — 选用这种竹子是因为其纤维致密,不易膨胀,且绝不会勾住木纹。每把刷子都凭手感修剪,然后缠绕八圈棉绳,干燥后会更加收紧。成果是一件极简却又理所当然的工具:安静、稳固,且软硬度恰到好处。我们现在全年供应这把刷子,视为每个使用木茶盘的人必备之品。它是那种你平时不会想起,直到伸手拿取时,才发觉原来茶席上一直少了它的对象。
