The leaf, brewed

A brush that silently sweeps away traces of your last session.

dry leaf

Pale green bamboo bristles, stiff and evenly trimmed, bound tightly with natural cotton twine.

wet leaf

After a quick rinse, bristles darken slightly and release a faint, grassy sweetness.

liquor

Tactile feedback — firm yet forgiving on porous wood; leaves no scratches, just a clean drag.

aroma

Subtle bamboo sweetness, sun-dried grass, and a whisper of earth after it dries.

taste

The sweep feels decisive — a low whoosh across the tray’s grain, lifting every crumb without scuffing.

finish

Pristine, dry surface ready for the next brew; brush dries quickly, never develops mustiness.

Brewing
