在为星座系列店铺寻找竹制茶器时,Michael Zhan 首次在福建永春郊区的一家小木雕工作室注意到一套纤细的樱桃木夹。这家由父子档经营的工作室,使用当地的樱桃木和竹子制作茶道工具已有三十年。Michael 被樱桃木的轻巧和木纹平滑、不会释放树脂的特性所吸引——树脂可能会沾染细致的乌龙茶。他请工艺师为现代功夫茶冲泡改良设计:将夹臂做得更薄,以适应30 ml茶杯的窄边,握持处刻有浅浅的指槽,方便控制。每双夹子都从一整块木料成形,再以五种不同粗细的砂纸手工打磨,最后涂上两层食品级矿物油。成品是一件安静、符合人体工学的工具,融入仪式之中——小巧却对实用茶盘不可或缺。Michael 现在每年两度回到永春,亲自挑选樱桃木原材,并检查各批量的品质一致性。这双茶夹正是他2025年春季访视的成果。
