這隻錦鯉噴水茶寵由 Sandry Law 在前往中國歷史悠久的瓷都景德鎮採購時發掘。在探訪古窯附近一簇小作坊時，她發現了李威大師，一位二代雕刻師，以其低調的動物造型與一絲不苟的青瓷釉色聞名。李威大師只使用當地的瓷石，自行調配泥漿，並在還原燒氣窯中燒製，以達成青瓷特有的柔灰綠色調。每一尾錦鯉皆全手工塑形——鱗片以竹製工具壓出，嘴部精準地傾斜，好讓水流過舌頭時產生輕柔的咕嚕聲。Sandry 挑選這件作品，正是看上它寧靜的神情與可依賴的聲響，與許多茶盤上常見的吵雜、水花四濺的噴水茶寵大相逕庭。噴水茶寵的傳統，或說 pēnshuǐ cháchǒng（噴水茶寵），發源於宜興與景德鎮，是一種向茶盤致敬的玩趣方式；每次澆淋都在餵養茶寵，這小小的儀式加深了人與茶會的連結。這尾錦鯉承載著那份靜謐精神，提醒我們即使是最微小的細節，也能將茶室化為一處心靈庇護所。

Brewing
