手工車製的胡桃木匙，用於在沖泡前向賓客呈示乾茶葉。一體成型，深碗造型，接單製作。

Michael Zhan 幾乎是偶然發現這把匙的。在一次為我們尋找福建烏龍的採購行程中，他在建水附近的一個小村莊多待了一天，那裡以陶瓷聞名，而非木工。一位年長的工匠老李，數十年來一直在自家後院車製胡桃木匙，供應給昆明幾家茶行。沒有網路足跡，也沒有出口——只有錫皮屋頂下的一台車床，和堆積的本地採收胡桃木枝。
整個過程安靜而緩慢。老李挑選紋理漂亮的枝材，夾上車床，憑手感讓造型自然浮現。深而圓的匙碗是他的招牌，能捕捉光線，並承托完整的茶葉。車好後，每把匙都經過三種粗細砂紙手工打磨，再塗上食品級桐油混合塗料，這種塗料會讓木頭在數月間逐漸加深色澤。
我們請老李專門為 tea.toys 製作一批。由於這些匙是接單車製，沒有庫存，也從不趕工。當您下單後，Michael 會通知老李，他一週內車好匙，讓它固化後直接出貨。您手中的匙僅製成數日，仍帶著淡淡的胡桃木香。我們認為這種即時性很重要——這是一件為茶道儀式而製的工具，而非量產的配件。

Brewing
用此匙從茶罐中舀取乾茶葉，將圓碗端至每位賓客面前，供其觀賞與聞香，再將茶葉放回蓋碗或壺中。這是一個能提升專注度的小儀式步驟。
